Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in this Giveaway. By purchasing the Just Blessed Bundle on Walmart.com and entering this Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW

This Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Just Blessed ("Sponsor"). One (1) winner will be selected from among the first 200 eligible customers who purchase the Just Blessed Bundle exclusively through Walmart.com or who submit a valid free mail-in entry in accordance with the Official Rules.The prize is one (1) trip to a Disney World® Resort in Orlando, Florida for the winner. Out-of-state winners will have all reasonable travel expenses covered by the Sponsor as outlined in Section 8.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on the date the Just Blessed Bundle becomes available for purchase on Walmart.com and ends automatically once 200 qualifying bundle orders and mail in/ email entry submissions (the "Promotion Period"). There is no fixed end date. Once 200 qualifying entries have been placed, the Promotion Period closes and no further entries will be accepted.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, you must:

• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Be 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase
• Be among the first 200 customers to place a qualifying bundle order or submit a mail entry
• Not be an employee, officer, director, or agent of Just Blessed, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or their immediate family members

4. HOW TO ENTER

Qualifying Purchase Entry: Each of the first 200 customers who purchase the Just Blessed Bundle on Walmart.com during the Promotion Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway drawing. No additional steps are required.

Important: Purchases of any product other than the Just Blessed Bundle, or purchases made through any platform other than Walmart.com, are not eligible for entry into this Promotion.

Free Method of Entry option: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter without making a purchase, mail a handwritten entry including your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to: Just Blessed,1031 Exchange Place Suite 107 St Cloud, Florida 34769. One (1) free entry per person. You can also email hello@justblessed.com with the same contact information. Free entries are subject to the same eligibility requirements and will be included in the pool of up to 200 total entries.

 

Maximum Entries: One (1) entry per person, regardless of method. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

5. ENTRY LIMIT

Only the first 200 qualifying entries will be considered. Entries placed after the 200th qualifying will not be entered into the Giveaway. Just Blessed reserves the right to verify order timestamps via Walmart.com order records to determine eligibility. Free entry mail must be received by the company prior to hitting the 200 count. 

6. PRIZE DRAWING

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries once the Promotion Period closes (i.e., upon receipt of the 200th qualifying entry). The drawing will take place within 10 business days of the close of the Promotion Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, up to a maximum of 200.

7. PRIZE DESCRIPTION

Prize: One (1) trip to Walt Disney World® Resort in Orlando including:

• Round-trip economy airfare or ground transportation for out-of-state winners (see Section 8)
• 2 night Hotel accommodations (based on availability, at Sponsor’s selection)
• 1 day Disney Park admission ticket

Travel dates will be mutually agreed upon by the winner and Just Blessed. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value. No substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

8. OUT-OF-STATE TRAVEL COVERAGE

If the winner resides outside the state of Florida, Just Blessed will cover the following reasonable travel expenses:

• Round-trip economy airfare or ground transportation for the winner
• Airport or transit transfers to and from Disney World® Resort

Travel arrangements are subject to the following conditions:

• Travel dates will be mutually agreed upon between the winner and Just Blessed
• Travel must be completed within 12 months of the prize award date
• Any expenses not listed above — including but not limited to meals, personal expenses, travel insurance, park merchandise, and souvenirs — are the sole responsibility of the winner
• Winners who reside in Florida are not eligible for travel expense reimbursement but are still eligible to win the prize

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 10 business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within 7 business days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, fails to claim the prize, or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

10. WINNER REQUIREMENTS

As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner may be required to:

1. Sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release within 10 days of notification
2. Provide valid government-issued photo identification
3. Provide valid proof of U.S. residency

Failure to comply with these requirements within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

11. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, photograph, and general location for advertising and promotional purposes by Just Blessed, without additional compensation.

12. WALMART DISCLAIMER

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Walmart Inc. or Walmart.com. Any questions or concerns regarding this Promotion should be directed to Just Blessed, not to Walmart. By entering, participants release Walmart Inc. from any and all liability in connection with this Promotion.

13. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Just Blessed reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. Just Blessed is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. All federal, state, and local taxes on prize winnings are the sole responsibility of the winner.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Just Blessed and its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Promotion or the acceptance or use of the prize.

15. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Promotion, each participant agrees that any disputes arising out of this Promotion will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by binding arbitration in the State of Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. PRIVACY
